building stronger bones

BSB 2.0 – Building Stronger Bones
A specialised osteoporosis exercise programme

What is BSB 2.0?

The BSB 2.0 – Building Stronger Bones programme is an evidence-based, specialised group training programme for women with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or an increased risk of fractures.

Developed by Rebecca Tannous, the programme was originally launched in Cairns, Australia. There, seven groups now train each week—both with and without medication—and the programme continues to enjoy sustained success. Rebecca is now bringing this proven concept to Vienna.

The programme combines exercises specifically designed to stimulate bone growth with balance training and fall prevention—individually adapted and delivered in a safe, supportive group environment.

Who is the programme for?

Das BSB 2.0 is designed for women who:

  • have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia
  • want to reduce their fracture risk
  • aim to improve bone density, strength, and balance
  • are looking for a safe, professionally guided form of exercise

How does it work?

Before joining the group sessions, a 45-minute initial consultation is required. This includes a comprehensive risk assessment and personalisation of the programme to suit your individual needs. A doctor’s referral for physiotherapy is required for this appointment.
Group sessions are limited to a maximum of five participants and last 60 minutes each
