Clinics:
Doing sports and exercising regularly have always played a central role in my life: both for my physical well-being and health resilience, as well as to remain a psychological and mental balance. In this context, I began to deal with the human body and its complex functioning early on – especially during my active, performance-oriented time playing football. Back then – around 15 years ago – a sports injury brought me into contact with the profession of the physiotherapist, which now has become my field of profession that I take on with great conviction and motivation.
During physical therapy, it is important to me to find a path of treatment with the patient that is individual to their specific needs, and deals with special problems. I’m always looking for ways to develop suitable solution strategies as well as offering the patient ways to regain self-competence and self-efficacy.
I regularly attend advanced training courses in order to maintain the most comprehensive treatment approach possible (with a focus on sports physiotherapy) and to incorporate new knowledge into therapy. To me the work on the causal problem is an important prerequisite for sustainably restoring performance and enabling a successful return to sport or active everyday life.
