Clinics:
I’ve been fascinated by physiotherapy ever since working with athletes and seeing its ability to restore function, manage injuries and improve long-term health. My career has taken me across Australia, Great Britain, and the Isle of Man, working in private practice, hospitals, community programs, and aged care facilities, treating a wide range of conditions from acute injuries to complex chronic disorders. I have also worked with elite-level professional rugby, including the Melbourne Storm SG Ball and Harold Matthews squads in 2014.
I specialise in menopausal women’s health and osteoporosis, ACL injuries (conservative and post-operative), running- and climbing-related injuries, and complex knee, foot, ankle, and shoulder conditions. In Cairns, Australia, I developed the Building Stronger Bones program, which has achieved excellent outcomes, helping participants improve from osteoporosis to normal bone health or osteopenia, with ongoing improvements in bone density and functional outcomes.
My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, structured exercise therapy, and patient education, empowering people to self-manage their health and return to activity safely. I am additionally trained in Yoga, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Dry Needling (13+ years), allowing me to integrate multiple modalities for optimal recovery.
I hold a Master of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and a Master of Sports Medicine, and am an APA Titled Physiotherapist (2024). Continuous professional development, both nationally and internationally, ensures my treatment is evidence-based and clinically advanced, allowing me to manage even complex and longstanding conditions effectively.
